1. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and our maintenance schedule.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled rental time.
  • Partial Refund (50%): Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the rental time.
  • No Refund: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the rental time or "no-shows".

3. Damaged or Faulty Equipment

If a bike experiences mechanical failure due to no fault of yours within the first hour of rental, you are entitled to a full refund or a replacement bike of equal value.

Refunds are typically processed within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

4. Security Deposits

Security deposits are released immediately upon the safe return of the bike in its original condition.
